The owner (and church) would like a donation for things of value that anyone takes. However, if there’s no "bidding war" among 2 or more people for any item, I'm sure the item would be free.
Time is a factor. I don't know anything beyond that, but I figured I'd pass it on. If you are interested, I can put you in touch.

UPDATE:
Somebody in the greater Philly area come get some of this stuff for free or nearly free! Located in Malvern, SW of Philadelphia.
Our local Baptist church is (I hope) on the verge of hiring a junk removal company to clean out their old garage.
Two companies have quoted about $650 per truckload, and about 1.5 truckloads may be needed to haul everything. (Each truckload equals approx 6 pickup trucks.) Below are some large items that may be of use, so if you or any of your friends are interested in these free items please let me know by Friday (Aug. 9) so the church can finalize a cleanout schedule. Any items would need to be picked up here.
- Engine Lifter (BRAND NEW, hydraulic) rated for about 1500 pounds (Pittsburg Engine company?).
- 6 or 7 old lawnmowers.
- 1 old snowblower
- 2 red well-used single-wheel wheelbarrows but definitely usable (tires are flat).
- several long pieces of very good wood, and one very, very large piece of thick plywood.
- 1 original NASCAR wheel
