Long shot but figured I'd try it. Parting out a VW Touareg, got everything I wanted off the shell and need it gone.
I don't have a trailer I can drag it onto for a trip to the scrapyard. Well I am borrowing my cousins trailer for something else but it's too clean to mess up. Most rental trailers won't fit the size.
So someone local to CT with a car trailer or utility trailer they don't mind scratching up some, might not be a bad grab.
I bought it at auction and have a title signed over to me. Also have some other random scrap you could grab at the same time.
Most importantly is to not damage the driveway, but it's up on blocks and you should be able to get a trailer or ramp underneath the front enough to not be too difficult.

My dad once cut up an entire car body with a cutting torch, into several pieces small enough to throw onto a truck for recycling. He got to be pretty good with a cutting torch.
Sadly I don't have a torch. I've cut up cars before and had success with a 4" grinder and a sawzall with a longer blade.
But this one I'd love to get gone quickly. I had actually started in the back of this and in the rocker area is a solid pipe reinforcement. Sawzall blades don't go through it. Grinder does but can't access the whole thing.
I may just start cutting around it.
I love it!
Sounds like an awesome team name for the Challenge!
I've considered turning my "other" parts Touareg into a challenge vehicle. That one runs. At around 5500 pounds it would be put on quite a diet... Grizzlies from Hell!
