I bought a good looking Zinko 1.3 ton jack from a local guy. It goes up and down as it should with no load on it, but with a load it is very hard to pump. I'm putting all my 200 pounds into it to lift the MINI Cooper. I've had my Harbor Freight jacks not lift when the oil is low, but this is a new one for me. Any idea what's wrong?
Have you bled and refilled the oil? It sounds as if a valve is closed too far or clogged.
It looks like there is a specific bleeding process in the manual here

Not yet.....it's cold out there. Tomorrow is supposed to be considerably warmer. Maybe I'll try then.
