Double head ratchet with what looks like 1/4" on one end & 3/8" on the other end. Might be gold colored plating.

I have an extendable socket wrench from them that's 3/8th on one side and 1/4 on the other. It has come in handy but I can't really imagine that I'll need to really reef on anything that a 1/4 socket is hooked to.

 

But collapsed it's super handy to keep in the truck

all you need for light duty work (all that is suitable for) is a 3/8 to 1/4 adapter

Eh, I can see the use case. Put an 10mm socket on one end and a 12mm on the other, and you can pretty much disassemble the the majority of your Miata engine bay.
