I wanted to send a quick thank you to a tool brand that went above and beyond.  Over the weekend while working on suspension of my corvette the ratcheting end of my ratchet end of my tekton 18mm gave out. Tekton's warranty replacement process is as painless as possible and the response time was measured in minutes.  I have multiple tekton tools throughout my shop and this experience has just made them a goto in the future.  

The website promises that they ship replacement tools same day if you make the request before 2pm eastern and I fully expect to have a replacement tool before next weekend.

i have several Tekton tools in my toolbox and they really do seem to punch above their weight.  Good to hear that the warranty process has been painless so far.

I have absolutely abused a Tekton 1/4" ratchet for over 4 years and it is just as good as the day I found it in my previous employers tool box. No one knew where it came from, the box was filled with Snap On tools and all were accounted for so I grabbed it instead of recycling it. Best free tool ever

I've had less than stellar replacement times. And had to follow up to get it at all. In both cases they were helpful, but weeks to months between request and shipment of replacement. 

To their credit, second instance went months and when I followed up, the individual socket still wasn't available, so he sent a small set that included that socket, so got like 10 for the price of one (none?). 

nope...scratch all that. Went to my email, that was Sunex, not Tekton. So, my bad.
