The last few years I spent most of my energy in the woodworking part of my shop. Since semi-retiring and looking to autocross more, the mechanic shop, (read garage), has come more into focus so I've spent more organizational time there.
My old toolbox was just getting too much stuff. I considered a new, larger one, but thought getting some pneumatic tools out to drawers might be helpful so I built this:
Harbor Freight universal push connectors, eBay SS pipe nipples and a 2x4.
Cribbing for getting Miata closer to the ceiling
After designing some kinda clumsy wood racks for Paco hub stands, I found out they make a clever little bracket. Width available wasn't enough to accommodate horizontal bars, but they fit here as if it were meant to be...maybe it was!
Emptied out another tool box drawer...
Nice! Keep it coming.
Where's home, btw?
I'll do what I can, some will be Miata related as I'm prepping for next season. Home is Boise, Idaho.
I like wheels on stuff soo...
where did you get those casters on the press? I have the same press and just put some single bolt casters on it but they are a bit flexy

I bought some similar casters from Amazon
Casters came from Harbor freight. I think they were about $9 apiece. I made the frame from 2 x 6 framing lumber. You don't see it in the photo, but the cross pieces are dovetailed into the pieces under the angle iron. I have a way of making simple things complex, it seems.
My press is on scrap 2x4's and harbor freight casters. The scrap 2x4's are fine, and were salvaged when I put them under the press 10+ years ago. The Harbor Freight casters, on the other hand, have aged horribly. They're freaking terrible. Weren't great when they were new, but now they barely roll or pivot. At least not in the direction you want.
On my list to put something a little better under there. Got some casters last year for a rolling work bench, from a website I've already forgotten, but they've been really good, at not much more than harbor freight cost.
