Looking for a new or used video card for my PC. Invidia GTX 1660 or similar.

Anyone upgrading and want to dump the old one?

The only way to get even a reasonable price seems to be to buy an full computer.  I saw one that was on special that was the price of the card alone.

I was looking at prices of 3070ti cards last week an while way over msrp you are getting a card that is better than a 2080ti for less $$$ than the list of a 2080ti when it was new.  Even with the markups

Reddit/r/buildapcsales is your friend. I have built my last 3 PCs off there and was able to avoid scalping on GPUs by sorting by New and refreshing regularly for a week until one came up. They're still expensive as E36 M3 but at least you can buy for sticker price.

If you're still looking for a card, I just bought a replacement PC for my budget gaming build:

I'd sell either the card or the whole PC if anybody is interested.

Yeah after waiting more than a 18 months, I went ahead and bought a prebuilt with 3080 back in May of last year.

z31, who'd you buy the prebuilt computer from?  I may end up doing something like that later this year.  My gaming/general use computer is showing its age, especially in the video card department.

Hope the original poster doesn't mind the bump. I'm piecing together a pc to play games that are a little older so I'm just checking here to see if anyone has a gpu just collecting dust. I'm looking for something with 4gb like an rx560 or a gtx750. If you have anything in good condition let me know what you're asking for it.

Didn't see this before, Skytech Gaming.

In reply to modlite9, most graphics cards have back down to almost normal vs the past few years.

The high end 30 series cards are way down. I am going to spend a bit of $$$ on a coupe 3090ti cards for a couple office machines for rendering.  There is no current Quadro card that can compete for 2x the price of the 3090ti at the moment.

Now the real question is do we purchase a 30 series card now or wait for the 40 series. Yes the 40 series you will be paying full price but the performance is incredible compared to a 10 series or even a 20 series.  Even my Titan card looks anemic compared to the 40 series.
