I really can't do GTPlanet, I'm already bordering extreme addiction to racing games, I think going there would just put me over the top into intervention territory...

Anyone else notice the game being a little "flippy"? I rolled a GT86, flipped that click type R a bunch of time, and now I just saw a fiat almost flip over forward at monoco... It was at the top of the hill after the first right, you go over the hill and turn right. At the top of the hill he hit the brakes and did an endo up like 45 degrees. I wasn't thinking or I would've saved the replay! Actually I'm going to check and see if it happens a second time.

Happened the second time as well, I did not ram the car, this just happened when braking over a hill at high-ish speed.

I thought my Mira flipping at Cape Ring was just the car being itself.

Until it happened in a 2000kg Mercedes SL600 at the same exact corner.

Some details on the Europa, one the few cars I have bought:

The Europa, "doin what it do", behind an Alpine:

I want to save up for a RUF, but I am also interested in the Caterham (which is great fun in GT5) and that open wheel thing. Yes, I like a different kind of crappy car...

I have read this is a bit of a quirk in the game, cars nose standing under breaking.

Speaking of braking, anyone notice any goofiness? I set a stock S2000 to no ABS and I could not lock up the tires under full braking!! There is a suspicion that they are under braking the cars to make the performance brake upgrade useful or meaningful.

I have noticed that. Right now I'm practicing driving the Europa on the nurburgring and I was barely slowing under 80% braking, no locking while 100% braking in a straight line. I just assumed it was because the Europa is old and it's brakes probably suck. I kinda wish the game had brake heat, so performance brakes would be more resistant to fade. I guess not, though.

I lock the brakes up all the time.

Ok the light car rocket is a beautiful beautiful machine. Motorcycle engine and just quite enjoyable.

How do I get my screenshots off the ps3?

You will need a USB drive to plug into the PS.

You have to Export them from GT (from the Gallery) - They go in a GT6 Folder in the Photos area of the PS3 - From there, press Triangle, select Copy Multiple - Select pics, Select Enter -

Move USB to computer, copy to online storage, link from there.

YES, it ridiculously convoluted. I was really hoping they would at least do some sort of improvement in the process for GT6, oh well.

Apparently a Challenger R/T only goes 112 miles an hour.

I like how the only time I have an issue with first actively pulling away from me is in the stupid kart races.

And Hoopty, I thought they might have fixed it what with the AAR going 140ish with the torqueflight, but I guess not.

Like I said before, some car options wouldn't hurt. How many rear end/transmission/engine combos were there for Muscle cars back in the day? A billion? They could even call each one a different car and build their numbers, I wouldn't care.

Also for the record I'm trying to get my wife into this. She plays a bit, but not a ton. I'm hoping when our little girl is born, she'll grow up seeing racing as something men and women can do, and she might be motivated to try it. This is all part of my plan to make my daughter awesome.

One thing that I have not really heard about is the ability to do two player split screen races. Kind of a cool add.

I have seen things in a GT that I never thought I would.

A Mini Cooper three wheeling through a corner.

An AI car with damage before I ever got near it.

An AI car going wide on a corner and going off all on its own.

And an honest to god battle for position an entire race by two AI cars.

Alright, my stable of stupid high power/fast FFs from GT5 is being reborn.

Thanks to the Daihatsu, I grabbed an SRT4, Citroen C4, my Cyborg, and I still need to grab an EP Civic, 4th gen Eclipse, 406 coupe and IDE Megane to round it out.

I think I might flesh out my "slow versions of fast cars that are still kinda good" group as well. I already have my NA R32 Skyline, need an SL 3kgt, an SZ-R.

E: Did y'all know the CTS-V is in the game? Cause I didn't
