Ok. Ill try to search for it again
I had a crew started back when Max Payne came out. It didn't seem to effect much. We'll see how the crews work out.
Ok, I officially have one complaint about the game. There's not metal radio station! Screw 2 Chainz, gimme Slayer or something. I was happy to hear the Descendents and TSOL on the punk station, and I dig the old school west coast station, but sometimes, I need a little thrash or something in my life.
Ok.... I'm probably going to spend most of the day posting random crap about the game- as that's all I intend on accomplishing- but doing the Trevor mission with the clowns in central park.... it's the frickin music from the hospital scene in Pee-wee's big adventure!
TRIPLE POST!
Stole a cherry picker.... couldn't figure out how to use the boom on it. Wanted to clobber some things. Also, airliners WILL explode on the ground.
I found a golfcart out in some trailer park area in the desert somewhere. It was not customizable.
It did, however, get air much like a real golfcart and I was giggling like a school girl as it flew through the hills of the desert.

Yeah. My budget is pretty limited this year for gaming, and this is likely the one purchase I will make before cheap holiday sales. TOTALLY worth it.
those huge jacked up 4x4 trucks that look like F350's are found pretty much everywhere out in the sandy shores area. pretty fun to blast full speed everywhere.
roads? where we're going we dont need roads.
they will not fit in Trevor's trailer park garage though.
I have been assimilated. This game is huge. I am lost. It is awesome.
The beginning threw me for a loop because I was like wow these story section graphics are pretty good and then when it started prompting me for gameplay I was impressed.
I have finished the 2 missions you have to finish. I have blown up 3 blimps so far. I hope there is no limit.

No limit.
I have a new daily conquest for myself. I intend to land a chopper on an airliner, or myself on an airliner, and hijack it- in mid air. The Trevor mission was nice, but lacked a little polish.

Have you or anyone else found a vehicle capable of driving over mount...whatever? I tried it in a baja bug, got like 3/4 the way up. The FJ Cruiser looking rig got me a little closer, but then I decided to cartwheel it down the hill into a ravine. I would like to accomplish this.
The F-15/16 fighter does have an ejection seat, but there is no parachute . That makes surviving a crash a bit difficult (they run out of fuel pretty quickly). I think the best chance is to ditch it in some shallow water (so it doesn't explode on impact). Of course, you still have to deal with getting rid of your 4 star wanted level....
I drove one of the FJ cruiser type things (stock) to the top of Mt Chiliad, at night, in the rain, using the trail that goes up to the top. I had to back up and get a run at a few steep areas but I made it.
aircooled wrote: Anyone tried the street racing? Checking the map shows that there is one in the "hood" (just off the V in the road that goes to the stadium) and another in the airport loop. Any favorite cars yet? I kind of like the MINI style one. Not fast, but it really dodges though traffic well. I want to find one of those GT40 looking ones.
I like the Porsche clone for the street races. It looks like an old school 911 with a rear wing. You can find them in the hills over looking Michael's house. That or they're driving by Michael's house.
I did my first street race with Franklin driving the 80's Camaro type car. Jesus is that car loose and tail happy. Once I figured out how to use his special ability I was able to take the tighter turns and get ahead.
I love the coil (looks like a tesla roadster because it is). It's pretty effing fast. The Comet is excellent in this game. And I actually don't hate it when having to drive the big rigs or other large trucks. You can tell they made an effort to have them suck a lot less.

That's the Ruiner. I love that car. Got one stashed in Franklin's place that I've been slowly building up.
