In-driveway car detailing around the hood? they provide the hose.

Start with basic two-bucket washes (investment would be two buckets, a pack of microfiber cloths, and a bottle of car wash & wax solution).  Maybe $30-50 depending on the size of the car?  Extra costs include claybar & wax ($100, this'll take a few hours to do it right), interior vacuuming ($30), detailing (90-100?).  Do a few and expand to using a buffer/polisher?

That's exactly what I did when I was 15-16. Made really good money!
