Already announced at theonlineracingassociation.com, TORA.US is an expanded effort to bring TORA to US friendly times.
First up is Indycars, which will see a primetime run at 8PM Eastern/5PM Pacific on Friday evenings via Forza Motorsport 5.

Also staring in January is Touring Masters' second season, which will see a five round run on Wednesdays at 9PM Eastern/6PM Pacific on Forza Motorsport 4. This series first run was well received, and seemed to attract interest here but was run at a Eurocentric time. There will be a couple changes to the car list, as in the initial run neither the Alfa nor Volvo 850R was quite up to pace.

Friday afternoons @ 5PM Eastern/2PM Pacific, starting January the 9th is Global Rallycross on FM4.
Using massive and variable grip reductions to create a "virtual dirt" surface, as well as "Joker Laps", it is edge of your seat chaos every turn of every lap.

With the release of Forza Motorsport 6, TORA has big plans for both US and Euro series in the coming weeks, as well as a 6 week run of Spec Miata for Americans still on Forza 4.
Tuesdays will see Touring Cars on both continents, with "TCC" (Euro) and "NATCC" (US) using the WTCC/BTCC racers.
Fridays will see Indycars in US Primetime.
V8 Supercars take over Saturday afternoons.
And starting Thursday Sept 24th is the (FM4) Spec Miatas @ 8:30PM Eastern/5:30PM Pacific. Not too late to enter :)
