Now I like my old Duc, but $25K for this seems a little silly:

That's what my local local dealer is asking for this one. I would imagine they wouldn't be asking it if that wasn't somewhere near the going rate, but really? This will probably end up in some tech-stock guy's collection, never to be ridden again.

I saw one last week on I-95!

Beautiful bike. I have been trying to figure out what model it was since.

I think that is a fair price seeing what the Paul Smarts are going for.

It's rare and collectible. Paying six figures for an old Porsche doesn't make sense either but that's what the market will bear.

Should sell for about 15-18K in the real world. At least that is what it was 6-7 months ago when I was looking at them. The PS bikes are insane right now.

Yeah Paul Smarts have always been high, but exploded recently.

Although if money were no option...

A brand new Multistrada goes for $25k and it's not a cool, limited production special edition bike in perfect condition.

Not my thing - but I'm not shocked by that.

I saw a gorgeous 2006 Sport Classic in black and tan for $5,000 the other day. Somebody had a lot of fun on it because the bastard had 69,000mi on it.
