If you are restoring an OSSA or plan to sell it for parts to make some $$ (not a bad idea!) yeah. Otherwise, I wouldn't.

Free would be a good value. 
OSSAs were neat bikes, but it will take you the rest of your life to find all the parts to build one.

I was thinking about using the frame as a pretty much blank canvas for a cafe racer style two stroke.
