So I have to ask, What kind of rear sprocket (overall ratio) do the guys with R1's run in the Riot?
Honestly, while my objective was a 600 kg target weight, since this is my first fully custom built, I am being realistic. I already know of a few places I can remove weight, so maybe for future development.

I sent an email to you about gearing.
I'd also strongly suggest you design the car to be as light as possible. You will get more overall performance benefits from the lighter weight than by adding hp.
If you review the weight of all the various components you'll find a lot of possible weight savings at a reasonable cost.
