So I have a Triumph 955i ST (2001 I think) that is in pieces that I have decided not to use. It was originally going to provide the motor to my Challenge car for next year but I think that has changed to something a little more car friendly. I figured I would see if anyone here was interested in it in its current state before I try and reassemble it. It has all the bodywork and bags (one fairing is black instead of the inferno orange or the rest), is complete, and has 27k miles. Price is negotiable. I have 1200 bucks in it including getting it back to my house but would rather trade then ask for money. Rode good before tear down.

I also have a CBR 929RR motor kit with ECM and Cluster (all the parts to make it run) that I was considering using for the same challenge car. I have something like 750 in it but am open to offers. Can ship!

If this should have gone in the classifieds section, please move!

Thanks, Jordan

Tell me about the bags from the Triumph. Are they hard cases? in good shape?

That is a trade that I would have done. The bags(saddle only) are hard cases and other then a few scratches are in pretty good shape. I have most, if not all of the mounting hardware and need to track down the bag key but I think I know where it is. I would rather sell as a whole but my sell just the bags for the right offer.

Trade you some Miata suspensions, a bucket of turbochargers, and fifty bucks in nickels.

Sorry dude, that would ding my budget too much. We can work something out but there needs to be cash in the middle somewhere to balance the budget.

I was kidding, anyway. I do NOT need a 100 horsepower motorcycle.

108 hp, thank you very much. Also, more torque than most 1 liter bikes.

These are still available. Some one needs a project! I am up for whatever, cash or trade.

How large of a pile of parts is this, at the moment?

Interested in a '63 Willys Jeep or a '91 Legacy roller straight across?

do you think the 929 motor would fit in this: http://martinsburg.craigslist.org/mcy/3540467580.html

If you got into the bed it would fit. It is too tall to have everything fit under the tilt section.

it is truly an awesome forum when someone types out a reply to that instead of lol smiley face.

I was just kidding. I was browsing the local craigslist while reading the forum and those two came up at the same time. I was like... well, that would be awesome...

That really isn't TOO far off from what I was thinking with it so I'm not gonna judge.

There's a Cushman 3 wheeler that belongs to a (fairly) local SCCA Club racer that they swapped half (I think, anyway) of a 13b into and use as a pit vehicle. Stoopid fast, and scary wheelies.
