On black powder coated Harley engines what spray does one use to keep the shine? Are there any cheap tricks? Thank you

I thought they leaked enough oil to keep the shine...

In all seriousness....I'd just clean with a microfiber and call it a day.

S100 engine brightner is the best. stuff works great. use after s100 total bike cleaner and you'll never use anything else it just works that good.
