Specs...1982 JR50 in good shape for year

I can't get the flavor blasted thing to start. I am getting tired of kicking the @#$%!@#$!@#$ thing.

Things I've done;

changed the plug, multiple times
measured the points gap, its good
cleaned the carb completely many times
dumped the gas and put in fresh
adjusted the float and idle screw

it has spark, fuel and compression

I am out of ideas, got any?

Plugged / carboned up exhaust port is common. Pull the pipe if it feels heavy stick it in the barbecue grill (ends hanging out) Then look in the exhaust port slowly move kick starter so piston moves to BDC then use a exacto knife to cut the port as big as the steel sleeve. Blow air in plug hole to push out the carbon. Bake pipe for a half hour after smoking stops. let cool tap with a plastic hammer and pour out the dust.
