What is like to live with a Moto Guzzi? I have seen a bunch of pictures of Moto Guzzi cafe racers.
And then I heard this.

Basically an Italian version of BMW airheads. Dead simple, full of character, not terribly fast or sporty, but enough charisma to get by. I like them a lot.
I have heard Guzzi's are a bit like LBC's. When they are running, they are an absolute joy...when they are running.

Good thing I am going to build a LBC. I am determined to fill my garage with vehicles which are an absolute joy... when they are running.
Great. Now I have to get one. THANKS A LOT!

I'm surprised at how good that looks! I usually hate CX's. They're usually dirt cheap and last forever as well.

Not that I didn't spend a good amount of time on the other parts of that picture, but I got a nice chuckle out of the bicycle speedo strapped to the handlebar.

Not as crazy as you might think.

Sigma Bicycle computer on a motorcycle Bike computer on another motorcycle.
No, no, I know it's quite common. The chuckle came from the fact that little detail probably means they borrowed some enthusiast's bike for the photoshoot, and not some high-dollar rideable prop.

now cancelling search for GL1000 and replacing with search for CX500. i'd lose the chrome fenders and exhaust and call it perfect.
Dad has a low-miles 71 either Eldorado or Ambassador. It spent 20 years stored indoors, but is now outside. I need to save it.

That seat looks like it's intended for people who actually like having a colonoscopy, blunt scrotal trauma or both.

Right on man! I think you're right. That bike has seen some street miles. I love it's well used look.
