Hey guys,

I am not sure if I should put this here,or in the $2010 classifieds, but this made more sense. Seeing as I sold my bike 7 years ago I don't need this motorcycle jacket, and riding pants either.

They are made by Belstaff in England, and the pants were maybe worn 3 times, and never scuffed up. The pants are Cordura, and they zip into the back of the jacket. They also have padding on the knees, and somewhere I have a liner for them when used on really cold days. I wore these in the summer as well,as I was worried about falling, and the results that come from wearing only jeans,or worse yet shorts. They are a bit bulky, and maybe too warm, but it beats road rash.

The jacket is yellow, and black, and also of some sort of nylon material with pads at the elbows, and shoulders(all removable),and it has many pockets, and vents for cooler riding in warm weather. It has the liner in it presently, and it can also be removed. The yellow portions of the jacket have some discoloration from dirt, and such, but nothing major. The jacket is an XL,,and the pants are XXXL. I have no idea what that means, but I am a large guy. I am 6'-1",and 260 now,but the pants are too tight through my rather fat thighs. They used to fit great 7 years ago before they shrank, I mean I got fatter.

These were expensive when new,and I am sure almost worthless now,but I would like $75 for the set plus shipping. You can see pics on my website here:

Got 'em. Thanks! Looks like I need to lose ten pounds, but they do just barely fit. Condition as good as advertised.

Dieting is over rated and probably unhealthy. Sell them to me.

Nope, promised the wife that I'd get pants, now I have pants. Sorry. And I really need to lose WAY more than the ten pounds. I'm three inches shorter, and weigh as much.

Glad to hear you are happy. Wish I still had my bike, but that is in the past. Maybe someday I will get another.

What bike do you own? Mine was an 88 BMW R100GS(bumblebee paint scheme hence the black, and yellow riding gear).

'06 Suzuki VStrom. Just shy of 30,000 now, with a trip to Florida this summer (will add just shy of 2K more miles). Love it, though we are looking at something that has a bit more room for two up touring. Neither the wife nor I are small, and 500 mile days are somewhat crowded. Especially when the 500 miles day starts after a full work day. Test driving a Rocket III Touring soon, as well as a GSA1200. Yes, two VERY different bikes.

It's really tough to beat a Goldwing for 2 up touring or a dressed out BMW, and can be found at decent prices with low miles. My 'Wing is a 93 that I bought 3 years ago with 15K on it. The Kaw Concours is an awful lot of bang for the buck, if you prefer a sport tourer.

Every decent priced wing that I see (as well as the Connies) seem to have huge mileage. Still trying to decide if I want new or used. Likely will end up with an end of year closeout. When it comes to bikes, I like knowing who has done what to it.
