Well I decided to try and see if anyone wanted to buy the Kawi. And since it was CL, I put "Only trades I'm interested in are Honda VFR800, or most models Ducati." Lo and behold a guy rang me up, and we worked out a straight swap. This is my new scoot...


2003 620, 14,300 miles, recent service, new tires, red key, black key, new belts and K&N filter, Haynes manual, integrated taillight, etc.
And I didn't do it just because she is yellow, although that didn't hurt after all...

Usually I only like Ducati's in red or black but that yellow oh my

Funny. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't lusted over Ducatis for a long time. A fear of them and their expense scared me away often. But as the guy who traded with me put it "most bikes you throw a leg over and ride, the Ducati you wrap around yourself and wear."
I've only put about 60 miles on it, but he was right. And it is rather yummy.
