As an aside, you should mount your saddle the other way 'round on that post, so the off-set bit faces rearwards. Then it should sit perfectly horizontal.
oh, it will rotate down no problem. it's just were i've found that seat comfortable. It's a Ti railed SDG kevlar seat that I've managed to rip
