I was up in san francisco last week and saw a bike which looked like an old CB or kawasaki, but was made in taiwan. I think it said something about "classic 160" or something like that. Anyone have any idea what this bike was? It looked pretty modern but had old school style, probably the perfect bike around town.
Probably this one: http://alliancepowersports.com/models/Wolf.html
Looks like it, thanks Stuart. Would be a great bike just around the city, I don't really like modern bike styling.

Suzuki makes a "standard" classic style bike as well that looks kinda cool (to me).
TU250X
The thing about the TU250X is that it feels REALLY small. I'm not sure why because the seat isn't super low or anything, but at 5'8" it still feels like a 7/8ths scale UJM. That said, the one I looked at seemed well-made, and I'm 99% sure it was fuel injected. The guy at the dealership called it a cruiser and it was parked next to a shiny new Honda Rebel 250.
Makes me miss my bike.
Not mine, but same thing.

Yeah, I wish they would make a version with the same look, but about 15% larger, using the GS 550 twin engine.
I know the TX250 is the pinnacle of retro style in beginners bikes, but some of us are too tall and fat, and not beginners.
Happy Andy- are you looking for a Royal Enfield?
I would love a Royal Enfield Classic Battle Green.

I love the Bullet. A neighbor of mine has one and I would hear him blatting around on it. Love love love it.
The first India-built Bullets sold in the US were a little crude, but over time they've improved quality quite a bit. The latest version has quite a few improvements, including fuel injection.
And disc front brakes. Makes stopping a little nicer.
I have always wanted to add a Tu250 to the stable..... until I saw that Royal Enfield Classic
