Yes or No?

after an hour of googling, I'm no further ahead.

Are you using it in the oil or in the fuel tank?

I'm weary of using any additives in my oil on my bike because friction modifiers/reducers will also reduce the friction of the clutch. I'd hate to kill my already ailing clutch or have to pull the inspection cover and clean the clutch due to using an additive.

I think seafoam is a light petroleum solvent and lubricant so I don't know if I'd add it or not. I doubt it would hurt anything but hell if I know.

in the oil is the question.

It's a petroleum product. not a friction reducer.

My clutch is just fine, I just don't want to ruin it. I've got 25,000 miles on a 20some year old bike.

It's a cleaner, not a friction modifier. I'd use it without fear or hesitation in the crankcase as a cleaner. That said, I haven't done that, because I've never found the need for it with a motorcycle engine.

If it was a dry clutch, I would not worry, but since it is a wet clutch, you will most likely need to replace after Sea Foam.
