RD350 What you see is what you get. Title & key. Motor is good. Tank is dent free, shiny, and really nice.
Lotta stuff missin' there. Carbs, exhaust, oil tank to name a few. $800 not even close.

Unless there is some special work done to the engine, and proof to go with it, thats way to much. I bought my RD complete, good condition & ready to ride for $400. (20 years ago). I think it would be a grand today.
That is a nice start for a project, offer him $300.
