I've got the hardest compound sport touring compound stinkos, I have about 200 miles on them now and just got back from my first "FUN" ride with them, Pegs down no problem, nothing sketchy or anything at all. Its also 38 degrees, so its not like they are at max grip. This is my first pair of stinkos and I went against a lot of people who have never had them. I can't say a bad thing about them at the moment, they are a SUPERB street tire. Now lets see how long they last
They're hilarious on a turbocharged zx10........but then again, everything is on that. Its a better tire than the advan I have currently.
For all I know they might get hard as hell later on in there life or not, who knows. But I know I was pushing it harder than I should on the street and they just kicked ass. They are just OK in the rain
have a set on my Fz1. almost 6k, or was it 7k miles on em. Not a complaint. Used the bike daily as my day to day transportation this past season. Rain, hot cold, dew no matter what they never flinched. I did commuting, a 1400 mile road trip, weekend fun riding, you name it. For the price, buy em.
