Found this tonight, waiting to hear if it's available. Been parked many years, tank is wet & dirty inside, but the engine is free and the title is with it.
There's very little info online about these online. Any idea what the value is? It's kind of a cute little bugger.
Grab that 76 XR 75 while you're at it.
I don't know the answer to your question but I want it.
Over here, the value probably isn't very much. In the home markets (mainly Austria, but Puchs were quite popular in Germany and Switzerland, too), probably a little more but still not a ton.
Spares might be an issue. I think you can get most of the oily bits, but you might have to get them over from Austria.
Something like that might be a few hundred bucks here, if it's reasonably complete.
I can't tell from the photos but some Puchs were rebadged and sold out of either the Sears or Montgomery Wards catalogs.
Puch has a HUGE following in the moped community, I'm sure some/many of the parts are similar or derived. They are to the moped aftermarket what Honda is to the car aftermarket. Look Puch up on mopedarmy.com or treatland.tv or other such websites...there is a lot of knowledge out there.
Found a photo of a Sears Cheyenne here:
