This might have some appeal to some of board members, as it's a sea of trash and treasures. For example, two years ago there was a trailer loaded with engines cut out from the frames, for $25 each as I recall. Piles of parts, lots of well thrashed bikes, absurd numbers of restored trails bikes.
The grounds are also open for riding through the trails, which is fun.
