The disassembly and several other shots show a front chain. Also when it was in the water floating at the 1:50 mark, both front and rear wheels were turning. The caption below the video also says it's all wheel drive.

A little more digging shows it was available as a $37 set of plans for the DIY crowd, but the website is "under constructions."
