It's a statue of Joey Dunlop on his RC51 at the Isle of Man. Racer, and all-around amazing guy.

Any time I'm depressed about not riding i pull up some You-tube videos of Joey. I've been to his bar years ago.
The bike museum on the top of the hill on the Isle of Man used to have a RC51 bike you sat on and a large projector screen tv showed you footage of Joey flying around for a lap. Last i know that museum closed up
