Looking to find an old Honda classic 50cc motorcycle.
Push rod type like CA100, CA102, CA110.
Will be used for vintage road racing.
Prefer something that runs and would rather have non step through type. Yes I'd like it cheap and in the New England area.

That pretty much limits you to the C110. If you can find one, make sure it has the 4-spd motor and the aluminum cylinder head. The normal C100 motors were 3spd, and had a cast iron head with smaller ports.
It is fairly easy to raise the compression by milling a bit off the top of the barrel, and milling the same amount off the bottom of the head. Valves can also be lightened, rocker arms lightened etc. You can also swap to a set of S90 telescopic front forks, and also run 18" wheels using S90 hubs/brakes.
My C110:

I also have a couple extra C110 frames, in addition to using one for this Scrambler build:

Very nice sir! Have you done any cam work? i know there used to be hot cams availble but not for 30+ years. Most guys grind down the base circle but that keeps same lobe centers etc.
I grind cams.
With a few measurements I can offer you some tech help if you want.

In reply to Zomby Woof:
Thanks Mr. Woof. Once i find one i'll contact you. I'm having a ball racing the RD350 and a XR100 now. Classic 50 only has two riders and normaly only one shows up so if i can build one for right $$ why not get more track time. 1st class is $$ aditional classes are $.

I look at those things dripping with coolness, yet have to ask, what kind of speed are they capable of?

Well one guy on the NHMS track on his c110 and me on my xr100 dirt bike in 6 laps of practice i laped him twice. My lap times on the xr100 are 1:54 = 50.53MPH average. So there not that fast at least his it not.....
I recall as a kid riding a CUB that was highly modifed around the yard (we had a 10th mile loop driveway.) dam cub was faster then the(pos) yz80 i had at the time. But it had no bottom end if you let off you were done pin it and squeeze the brakes was the way to ride the cub. I have no idea what was done to it.
