Sorry I missed this thread for a while. I was coming in to say soft pedal with no air is usually a poor piston seal in the MC.
Swapping calipers from front of rotor to rear of rotor shouldn't matter unless the bleed screws were pointing down. Hard to get a good bleed with bleed screws pointing down.
honestly that's what it was. Jumped to far down a rabbit hole and made an ass out of myself. The pedal is still spongy but it stops like it should now
Also thanks everyone for the input. Put a residual valve in and have a solid pedal now.
