Sometimes I'd have trouble where these would just rotate, and with no access to the back side, couldn't get the fastener all the way down.
Now, I take the screw portion out, dip the end in a little silicon grease (Dow Corning DC4 is what's on my shelf) and the go in easy.
Simple and stupid.
