Yeah, there's some sort of a race thing across the street from my office.
I don't know the names of all of them, but there is one called the Daytona 500.

I have heard of that one. I believe they go round and round in a circle At high speed until they all meet and become one congealed mass of crushed metal and plastic.
I considered going to that one but the 500 is sold out and flights into Orlando and Daytona are stupid expensive this weekend. Since I don't go too many super speedway races the truck race would have been fun.
Work Saturday. Ripping out the front of another bank for new doors. All hands on deck.
Sunday is a trip to my parents to pick up a couple of packages I shipped there by accident. I'll spend the day visiting. It will be fun.
No car stuff close to me anymore. I haven't driven in anger in 2 years now. I don't think I've driven the Mustang in 3-4 months.

I have my next autocross next week. I keep track of time by how long until the next event. Eight days.

I thought about the Gilmore Car Museum but it's a $2,500 flight so that's out.
