Which motorsports outlet touched more than 10 million people just last year? The answer: Grassroots Motorsports. And that’s only the beginning of the story.
Since launching as Auto-X in 1984, the independently published Grassroots Motorsports continues to grow its readership four decades later–and that goes beyond its print magazine, with a circulation of 57,200.
GrassrootsMotorsports.com drew more than 3.5 million users, who on average spent nearly 5 minutes per session. Overall, we had nearly 15 million page views in 2022.
On YouTube, our videos received 673,000-plus views and people watched close to 50,000 hours of Grassroots Motorsports content.
On social media, Grassroots Motorsports delivers tailored content for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Our content, which consists of some of the funniest motorsports memes on the web, reached 7.2 million people on Facebook. To put that number in perspective, it’s roughly the population of the Houston metro area.
Thank you to those who have viewed our content–in print, online and on social media. We may reach millions, but we’re a team of just a dozen. Grassroots Motorsports is and always will be fiercely independent and family-owned. We thoroughly enjoy telling the stories behind the sport we all love, and we have much more in store for the new year.

And, I'll admit, it was difficult to visualize our reach until J.A. pointed out that the number of people we reached was akin to the population of the Houston metro area.
You all do an excellent job! I would estimate 75 or more percent of my screen time is with GRM. Well done! Also being an old fart I love the print product too!

Clarification - Houston is just our Facebook reach. Put that together with our website presence, and it's more than the Chicago metro area.

I'm excited we're reaching so many people, but sad that all of our reach has been eliminated from the playoffs weeks ago.
