So this will be a spectator event?
What kind of precautions / restrictions will be in effect? For example, will there still be the gridwalk & access to the garage areas ?
I've been to the 24hr the last few years and its been great to see the event grow; I'm hoping that it can continue in a similar way now!

The situation is, as they say, "dynamic." At the moment everything is proceeding as normal for past years of the event. I'd refer to the track's specific safety protocols, that they have been updating on an event by event basis. Those are available HERE. I wouldn't expect them to be identical for the Rolex, since it's a much more infield-focused event, but that gives you an idea of the types of precautions the track is taking at the moment.
We'll be following whatever guidelines they have in place at the time of the event. Ultimately we're just guests like everyone else, so we're playing by their rules.
Finally received an email from DIS with a link for printing my tickets. My Grassroots Motorsports package has always included a separate (mailed) infield parking pass along with the race entry and hospitality tent admission. This online method doesn’t have a separate parking pass. When I called and spoke with a track rep, I was told parking is included. I wonder if they’ll be putting a pass on my vehicle when I arrive? Anyone have any additional info on parking?
