IMSA GTP, home of the new LMDh prototypes, has another manufacturer lined up to compete: Lamborghini.

[IMSA GTP is back]

The Italian carmaker’s motorsport division, Squadra Corse, announced that it plans to enter cars in both the FIA World Endurance Championship and the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship starting in 2024.

In total, this makes Lamborghini the fifth marque to have plans to compete in IMSA GTP, alongside Acura, BMW, Cadillac and Porsche.
