I was out at the speedway yesterday and the infield was already packed.

You mission, should you choose to accept it, is to infiltrate the Apex compound.

Robbie Foley's parents are in our old spot.  Climb up on their motorhome and you should be able to get some views.

I'm gonna miss seeing everyone this weekend, but a not-insignificant part of me is actually looking forward to firing up Peacock and watching the race for once. It'll be the first time in about 25 years I won't be there, but also the first time in 25 years that I'll actually watch more than about 40 minutes of racing.

In reply to Andy Hollis :

I was able to spot Brad Pitt yesterday filming in the garage but no photos, it was pretty cool to see them actually shooting while everything was going on. There is a bit more security than in previous years to lock down the film compound and shooting locations.

Oof, hard shunt between a couple of the mx5s.

Every time we go past the lot on lake Lloyd, I get a little sad.  I could use a Krispy Kreme and a coffee about now.

Whats the best sounding production race car? My guess is Mustang, but I am partial to Porsches and BMW which would be my other guess.

Don't get me wrong, I like Brad Pitt as much as the next guy, but I'm way more interested in seeing them filming scenes.

Do you think the crew would be willing to share lenses? wink
