Yesterday a few message board users had log-in issues, and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you are one of those people, clearing your browser cache and cookies should fix the situation. It looks like it’s only a problem for people using Firefox. Here is how to clear your cache and cookies in Firefox 29 on Windows:
Click the Menu button near the top right corner of the screen and click Options.
To clear cookies, click on the Privacy tab and click on remove individual cookies. You can choose to delete individual cookies or all of them.
To clear the cache, click on the Advanced tab and click the Network sub-tab. Under Cached Web Content click the Clear Now button.
Click OK to finish.
