Maybe this will finally be enough to convince AngryCorvair to attend? Fly-n-drive from Orlando?
Why just show up to the Grassroots Motorsports $2000 Challenge presented by Tire Rack, when you could drive some of central Florida's finest driving roads along the way?
Introducing the Grassroots Motorsports Road to the $2000 Challenge. Set for Saturday, October 22, join GRM as we take you on a day-long road trip from Orlando to Gainesville, where you’ll be treated to a tour of a normally off-limits private car collection featuring everything from brass-era automobiles to secret concept cars that should have been crushed.
After a catered lunch, we'll explore more great roads and arrive at Gainesville Raceway to join the $2000 Challenge just in time for dinner and drag racing.
All cars are eligible as long as they are licensed and insured, so what are you waiting for?
Learn more and register today at this Road to the $2000 Challenge website.

You know, you can take the train right to Ace Cafe. Get off at the Livingston Street station and just cross the street to Ace.

Nope.

No way, if he ever makes it back he has to pick me up on his way down.
It's a shame challenge cars can't participate. A challenge car completing the road tour should get a few bonus points if you ask me. It'd have to be cheap, more reliable, and road legal. Maybe a new sub class?
