The focus of this 1992 Ford Sierra GT build? To make it slower.

Why? Gustaf Ulander has a very good reason: to create something known in Sweden as an A-Traktor. “It has a maximum speed of 30 km/h, it has to have a really low range first gear and it can not have a rear seat.”

Teenaged drivers have taken to these A-traktors–hey, a passenger car theoretically modified for farm use beats walking–and Gustaf rebuilt this $50 find with his daughter Kajsa.

Work included an engine rebuild, rust repair and a repaint.
