Spectators allowed ??
Registration for the 2020 Tire Rack Time Trials Nationals Powered by Hagerty opens tomorrow, August 6, at 1:00 p.m. Central. (That's 2:00 p.m. Eastern.)
You'll have to be quick, though, as spots for the event are limited to just 250 competitors.
The Time Trial Nationals will be held at the NCM Motorsports Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky, September 24-27. For 2020, the SCCA promises "four days of fierce competition, friendly camaraderie, and fun (socially distanced) off-track festivities."

I'd check with them but probably not. Might also depend on the track - for example I don't think Summit Point right now allows spectators, and that's IIRC a restriction the track had to put in place to be compliant with local requirements.
