Im gonna have to write friggin Shakespeare to make my Parking space sound like the coolest shop...
The deadline to enter our Show Us Your Shop Contest is December 15—that’s tomorrow. Just five photos and 300 words could win you up to $1600 in prizes.
The rules for our Show Us Your Shop contest are simple: Send us five high-resolution digital photos of your shop plus a 300-word description. (Obviously your cause will be helped by better photos and better words.) Contestants will be divided into three classes: small, large and commercial.
The winner of each class will receive prize packs worth a total retail value of $1600 from our contest partners: Eastwood, CRC Industries and Race Ramps.
Prizes include:
• An Eastwood welding package valued at approximately $600. It includes an Eastwood 175-amp MIG welder, professional welding cart and welding helmet.
• A prize pack from CRC Industries full of various products valued at $500 total.
•A $500 gift certificate to be used toward any Race Ramps equipment.
For more information on prizes and how to enter, go to our Show Us Your Shop contest page.
Working on my entry, I will not be left out this year. Probably won’t win but I find my shop very interesting.
You know, last year my excuse was it’s a mess. This year’s excuse is the same, albeit way less of one.
In reply to Patrick :
Just do what I did. Shove everything to one side, take a picture, then shove everything back to the other side and take the other picture...
I told myself I was going to enter this year. I was finally going to organize and take pictures that showed the good stuff and not the unfinished parts. Unfortunately this what things looked like yesterday.
If it was just a mess, I could have probably dealt with it, but between working on the cabover, the Airstream, AND making sure that I pick up every kid every day (they hate it when you leave them behind) whenever I step into the garage to attempt to clean it feels more like this.
I swear to god Ed, next year. Next year I'll actually clean stuff up and enter.
