Not sure if this is good or bad, but twice now I have found my cars on the Lemons field....
What do a mechanical horse, a Corvair limo and a ‘40s Chevy truck built for grilling have in common? Besides a couple dollars’ worth of scrap metal, all three were entrants in this year’s California Concours d’Lemons in Seaside, California, on August 14.
The event’s aptly named top prize, Worst of Show, went to Daniel Shanahan and his unusual VW-based mechanical horse.
