What are the rules (height, width, length & weight) for the racers. I'm bringing both of my sons this year and they'd probably really enjoy building and racing these.
The greatest thing about the $2000 Challenge presented by CRC Industries is that it's fun for everyone, even if you didn't build a car. The $2000 Challenge plays host to an amazing atmosphere, montage-worthy teamwork between competing teams, coma-inducing food and drink and yes, valve cover racing.
Valve cover racing is a yearly tradition at the $2000 Challenge, and we'll be bringing a new and improved track donated by the estate of Mark Lasota, a man who embodied the best parts of the $2000 Challenge. The winner gets recognition and an amazing trophy. There's no minimum age, no registration, no fee–just bring your valve cover racer and have fun.

Maximum length shall be 24 inches.
Maximum width shall be 12 inches.
Maximum weight shall be 30 pounds.
Maximum wheel diameter shall be 6 inches (measured with the car on track at the highest point of each wheel).
Each car must have four wheels on the track.
The size restrictions seemed off so I measured the two Mark gave Lil Stampie. These are 32 inches long and 12.5 wide. I don't have a scale handy but I'm thinking they're over 30lbs. Also in the picture above one of the cars seems to have only three wheels.
Edit: the wheelbase seems to be 24 inches and the track seems to be 12.
