Mosquito Plane! No joke, our town uses WWII dc-4 troop transports as mosquito foggers.
I almost E36 M3 myself when one buzzed our house for the first time.
It sounds like that scene in Donnie Darko looked.
Want a new racing helmet? Of course you do.
Back again for 2021 is our annual Wear Your Helmet to Work Day Presented by Stilo, the event that lets you show everyone just how much you like driving race cars. The best part? If chosen, your picture could win you a brand-new helmet from Stilo.
Strike up a shock tuning conversation by the water cooler. Berate your cubemate because you can do a driver change in your endurance car quicker than he can move out of the way of your filing cabinet. Sleep in a meeting because your visor is tinted. You can even enjoy your safest commute of the year.
Working from home? Fold some laundry with extra head protection, and try not to scare your small children and pets too much.
Now here's the essential part of celebrating: When the day comes on October 15, share your festive headwear with the world! Follow Grassroots Motorsports on social media, post your photos with the hashtag #WearYourHelmetToWork, and tag Grassroots Motorsports. You can also upload your photos directly to our Facebook page on the official event post or on the GRM forum on the official event post.
Wherever you post, make sure you do so by 5 p.m. Eastern.
At the end of the work day, we’ll share our favorite photos and put our (helmeted) heads together to choose a winner to receive a new helmet from Stilo.

You know, there's a lot going in that photo--JG's melon, the old plane, a Prius--yet it totally works.

9/80?
10/15 is my last day at my current company before I prepare the move to Seattle, this will surely get a rise out of them.
