Last year's winner of the Tire Rack Ultimate Track Car Challenge was an IMSA competitor.

HyperFest features a broad spectrum of motorsports. There's something for everyone.

Have a quick track car that you built yourself? Bring it.

How would you like to spend two days indulging yourself in everything motorsports? We’re talking the fastest track machines you’ve ever seen, car shows, drift competition, stage rally driving and much more.

The Tire Rack Ultimate Track Car Challenge will attack the hills of VIRginia International Raceway again in 2016, but with a slight change: It will take place on May 20 so it can become part of HyperFest. The move to HyperFest also means the bleachers will be filled with spectators cheering on UTCC drivers.

The Tire Rack Ultimate Track Car Challenge is our no-holds-barred, run-what-you-brung time trial shootout organized to find the fastest track cars in the U.S. What’s faster: a Pirelli World Challenge car or a homebuilt special? Here is where you find out.

Want to enter your car in the Ultimate Track Car Challenge? Just fill out the vehicle information form and send it to Rick Goolsby. Want to learn more about the event first? Just click here.

Want to join in the fun, but don’t have a suitable car? Spectators are more than welcome. Tickets will be available online and at the gate.

We’d like to thank our supporters for making this event possible: Tire Rack, Lucas Oil, NASA, Continental Tire, BimmerWorld and Ford. Want to get your company involved with this event? Contact Casey Roush.

i had hoped to get something ready to enter, but the move to hyperfest.... i've heard it's not a kid friendly event by any means. understand the spectator angle though.

Sweet! This is late enough in May that I can definitely make it. Love to see some of these crazy rides!
