Meet the Kawadoggy: a new piece of yard art to protect our garage.
We purchased an original Red LeGrand-designed trailer to haul our project car to events. Its entire deck pivots down to allow for loading without any ramps. This particular trailer was originally titled in California in 1975!
When we got the trailer from Indiana back to Florida, we painted it, rewired it and added LED taillights. It’s now ready for another 35 years of use.
We’re also busy rebuilding our ZX10R engine. We’ve got the bottom end back together with a new crank and connecting rods. We’re just waiting for gaskets to do the top end and put it back in the car.
We took the remains of the old engine and welded together a new piece of yard art. The Kawadoggy now sits next to our Saab critter.
