The Saab made it to Atlanta and back just fine. The engine mounts and loud exhaust made the trip tiring, but we made it with no oil consumption and no issues. When we got to Atlanta, we dynoed the car at Balanced Performance. Where the old engine was putting out 82 horsepower and 100 lb.-ft. of torque, the new one is considerably stronger. The numbers were 111 hp and 112.5 lb.-ft. of torque.
The air/fuel curve is a bit odd, with the car running extremely rich at low RPM and also then at high RPM. The next step is to play with the CIS fuel injection to get that mixture a little more correct.
