One of the final details is the tow straps from Sbox Engineering. They loop around the bumper beam, so there's no drilling or cutting involved in installation.

Installing the Ford Racing ABS module is a bit difficult. You have to disconnect six hard-to-reach brake lines from it while it's way back on the firewall.

Though the Schroth window net we got from HMS Motorsport came with hose clamps to attach it to the cage, that won't pass a SCCA tech inspection. We had to weld the tabs on.

We always have festivities at the Rolex 24 At Daytona, and this year is no different. At the 2012 running, we had mural and performance artist Perego paint our Lincoln crapcan racer. For 2013, we’re having a car show and valve cover racing in addition to the usual shenanigans. Click here for all the details.

We’ve been working hard to get our Fiesta ready for everyone to see it, but we also have to be all set for the Roebling Road Raceway Double Drivers School the following weekend. So we’ve been tying up loose ends. Come out and see it at the track alongside our yellow Miata, Porsche 911 and other project cars.
