“Can one car really do it all?” That’s the question we wanted to answer when we grabbed this GTI out of the Carvana vending machine two years ago.
Today, it’s time for our experiment to draw to a close–and to call it a resounding success. Over XX,XXX miles and dozens of track days all over the country, our GTI never skipped a beat, and it also developed into a track car that will run at the pointy end of any run group with license plates.
[Yes, our Mk7 GTI survived One Lap of America]
Now, with a total of XXXXXX miles, a fresh set of Bridgestone RE-71RS tires fitted, and all stock parts we’ve removed included on a pallet, it’s time for our Volkswagen to find a new home. The car has zero issues and is ready for its next track day tomorrow.
We’re asking $19,000, and the car will be off the road and securely stored in Ormond Beach, Florida until pickup.
We’ll happily pick you up from DAB, MCO or JAX if you’d like to fly down and drive the car home, or we can coordinate pickup with your preferred shipping company. We’re happy to hold the car for up to 60 days with a signed purchase agreement and a non-refundable deposit. Sorry, but financing is not available (we’re not a car dealership).
The car has a clean Carfax and a clean Florida title, and the VIN is 3VW447AU0HM061550.
